Website.. We have to make a website and put all of our business information in it

BTT Summative (Letterhead)

A letterhead is very important when starting your own business. It should be properly typed using headers and footers and the logo beside it.

Now i should type a summary of what my business is basically about. Then hand it in.

A logo for a business is very important, it has to be a special, unique logo. But, effectively represents what my business is about.

BTT Summative ( Registration Form)

Now, we are supposed to make a registration form by going to http://www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/AttachDocsPublish/007-07219~1/$File/07219E.pdf and just simply filling out the form on that website, and then hand it in.

BBT Summative (Domain Form)

After going to the website, we are suposed to hand in the form of all the information about my website.

We are supposed to think of a reliable, meaningful website for our business, and most importantly, it should be available, which we can check by going to http://www.domain.ca/.

Our BTT summative had be handed out and told to us what we are required to do. We are suposed to start our own business over the period of 2 months.

Using Macromedia Flash MX

In the last couple of classes, we had been using the tools we learned about Macromedia Flash MX.

Macromedia Flash CS3

It is a very powerful program for making games and videos. Alot of gaming websites use it, such as www.addictinggames.com. We do not have the new version of CS3 yet, but we will soon, currently we are using Macromedia Flash MX

Mail Merge

Mail merge is very useful, you can make your own fields, the most important ones are:

Group Project

For the past couple of classes, me and my group had been working on our project which is due on Friday. We had been working efficiently. Now we are going to meet in the library on Wed so we can get some more work done, and hopefully we'll be finished by Friday.

Microsoft Word Test

Today we did a microsoft word test, it was based on the features of microsoft word. We learned the stuff, so i shouldn't do bad.

Photoshop

Photoshop is a very helpful program to make photos and images look better by changing the pixels and how wide it is, but really it's won't ever look as good as it would when it has been take origianlly. It is just adding more information to the picture.

Rules of composition

Rules of composition are:
1-Rules of the third.
2- Simplicity.
3-Framing.
4-Texture.
5-Leading lines.
6-Colors.

Scientology

First week we came back from Holidays, we talked a bit about the Scientology problem. And we watched some videos on Tom Cruise, how he is a Scientologist, and that he believes in Scientology. Here is a link to one of the videos:

The Wiki & Blog

Yesterday, we talked about how we are getting marked on our Wiki and the blog, by now we need to have around 40 blogs, i don't have enough yet, but i'll try and get it. I will edit or add some new information on the Wiki. We are going to have a Microsoft Word test soon.

Mail Merge

Mail merge is a very helpful feature that Microsoft Word has. It automatically types the letters with the same fourmla for you. A lot of big companies use it to send letters to thousands of cousterms. You type in the information of the person, example, adress, email, phone etc. and it would change it for you automatically without having to make a new letter everytime.

Microsoft Word

We learned about most of the features Microsoft Word has, and a lot of people thought they know all the features of Microsoft Word, but really, it has lots of features and very helpful ones that we can use, and we did 10 things i didn't know about Microsoft Word to explore more exciting things about it.

Presentations

Today, we presented our topic about 10 things i didn't know about Microsoft Word. Mine was Word Count, i've always had trouble counting word by word, until i figured that there is a feature that counts the word for you, and it would be really helpful when doing a report, so you would not have to count it word by word.

BBT Class

We had to work on our "10 things i didn't know about Microsoft Word", and i worked on it without wasting anytime. But we have to explain a detailed one out of these 10 and present it soon.

Portfoilios

We were supposed to hand in our Portfolios, we had the whole period to finish it and we had a week before that. But i pretty much finished mine. And we will be working on our port foils through out the whole year.
